みつけた!

This is an art trade project with Historia (https://www.artstation.com/creator_historia) with a nightmare theme. While surfing for ideas on Pinterest, I found these images of ghost/unknown entities at the other side of the door/hallway (check the reference board). This combined with some renders Historia made gave me an idea of a stalker that peeks at you during sleep. This I think fits well with the character on some of Historia's renders 😆. While working on the project, somehow I remembered the word Mitsuketa (みつけた), meaning found in Japanese. This I think fits well with the render so I used it as the title of the project. While working on the lighting, I originally wanted to make the character get lit by the hallway light like in one of the reference images. But then I got the idea of using a flashlight instead after remembering FNAF 4 bedroom.
